It’s definitely not living on the Atlantic coast line, but it’s definitely our home away from home, which is due to the awesome community and staff at Union Mill.

|Recommended: YesJust moved in — Just moved in and I have no bad things to say about Union Mills. The apartment common areas are always clean and the staff is beyond amazing. I can’t wait for the weather to warm up, so we can use the outdoor amenities. I signed with Union Mills without seeing the apartment in person, and it’s better in person than online.

|Recommended: YesA great experience — I moved in a little over a week ago. The staff has been immensely helpful. I had a lot of questions, and they were all answered. The apartment is delightful. There were a couple of maintenance issues, as this is a new build, but all has been speedily taken care of. The maintenance staff is excellent. I have found management to be very responsive to all my questions and needs. would highly recommend this as a place to live. My cats have authorized me to say We approve this message.
|Recommended: YesAfter touring several different apartments in the Wichita area, I decided to go with Union Mill. This has proven to be a great decision. The entire Union Mill experience has been top-tier, and the staff are no exception to this. Would recommend to anyone.

It is a fantastic place to live The staff is so very nice and accommodating Huge shoutout to Phillip for all of his help when we were getting contracted and then making the move such an easy transition

Hi Leigh, I would like to suggest paying with your routing and account number as an e-Check instead. Unfortunately, Union Mill does not have the ability to change or remove credit card fees that the credit card company charges for these transactions. Using an e-Check will make it possible to pay online but with no fees. Please feel free to visit the office if you need more assistance with this!
